1. Information we collect

• Information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the workshop date or appointment you choose, your Medicare situation, the month and year you turn 65 (if you choose to share it), food allergies for events, and any questions or notes you send us.
• Scope of Appointment forms: the Medicare product types you want to discuss and your electronic signature, as required by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
• Communications: records of calls, texts and emails between you and our office.
• Technical information: basic data such as browser type, device and pages visited, collected through standard cookies and similar technologies.

We do not ask for your Social Security number, Medicare number, bank or credit card information through our website or forms.

2. How we use your information

• To register you for workshops and send confirmations and reminders.
• To schedule, confirm and remind you about appointments, and to send required Scope of Appointment forms.
• To answer your questions and provide customer service.

3. Text messaging (SMS)
