These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of mybig65.com and to the workshops, appointments and communications provided by Hernandez and Company Inc, doing business as Boomers Insurance Services (“Boomers Insurance Services,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using this website or our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Educational events
Our Medicare workshops are educational events only. No plan-specific benefits are discussed and no enrollment takes place at the event. Attending a workshop does not obligate you to enroll in any plan. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the government or the Federal Medicare program.
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE (TTY 1-877-486-2048), or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.
2. Appointments and Scope of Appointment
If you book an appointment to discuss Medicare products, federal rules require us to document the products you want to discuss on a Scope of Appointment form before the meeting. Signing it does not obligate you to enroll or affect your current or future Medicare enrollment.
3. SMS / text message program
Program: Boomers Insurance Services Medicare Workshops & Appointments.
Description: When you opt in on our web forms, you may receive texts with workshop RSVP confirmations and reminders, appointment confirmations and reminders, Scope of Appointment form links, replies to your questions and, if you agree to marketing messages, invitations to future educational workshops.
Message frequency: varies based on your activity, typically up to 8 messages per month.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of attending a workshop or purchasing any product.
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Phone and email communications
By providing your phone number and email, you agree that we may contact you about the workshop or appointment you requested. You may ask us to stop at any time.
5. Website use
The content on this website is for general educational purposes and is not legal, tax or medical advice. You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with its operation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boomers Insurance Services is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our educational events. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable insurance laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last changed.
